It's time to step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and feel the "here and now" in a calm state of mind. When I first started, I was busy raising my children and doing housework, and I was always floating around, but now I've found my own axis by learning traditional Japanese body movements, posture, and the state of mind. I can now accept both others and myself, and it's become much easier to live.

Experience: 2 years

Before I started, I imagined training with weapons such as shuriken and swords, but when I actually started, I found that there were many exercises that trained the mind and spirit, and I discovered something new every time, which is interesting. In addition, I learned how to move my body naturally without straining myself, which I can use in my daily life and work.

Experience: 8 and a half years

I started training when I was 7 years old. When I was young, I was able to improve my sense of balance and concentration, and I think it helped me to use my five senses. From junior high school onwards, I started training in the Shinobi Martial Arts class with people of all ages, and my world expanded. I want to continue doing this for a long time to come.

I feel that the experience I gained through training at the dojo has led to a hidden confidence. I am also very grateful to have met friends who, rather than competing with each other, recognize my growth regardless of age.

I learned about this dojo through a friend whose child is a student there. My child loves ninjas and wanted to become a cool ninja, so he enrolled when he was in kindergarten. At first, he would often complain, but after a year, he has become more focused and confident, and is now able to control his emotions.
They started practicing for KOTENGU in April, and their serious expressions during practice are very impressive and I can see their growth.
